How do I change focus duration?

Before starting, choose 5–180 minutes on Focus or Journey’s Next focus card. Presets are 15, 25, 45 and 60 minutes. Applying changes remembers the next session duration; cancelling changes nothing. Active sessions keep their original duration.

Can I pause or end a session?

Pause freezes the remaining countdown; continue resumes it. Confirm End session to save an interrupted record with actual focus time and no bond reward. The timestamp-based timer keeps counting when a running session leaves the app.

How are focus totals counted?

Completed focus sessions count toward the day they started. Breaks and interrupted sessions do not increase completed focus totals. Journey shows today, this week and recent local records.

Restore, cancel and refunds

Use Restore purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions. Apple handles refund requests under its applicable rules.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or object to or restrict its processing. Contact us using the address below; we may verify the request proportionately. Local focus records stay on your device and cannot be retrieved or remotely erased by us; use the app’s history-clearing controls. Purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat follow their policies and legal retention duties.
