Using Focus Cat

Focus Cat provides a focus timer and local records for personal use. It does not guarantee productivity or health outcomes. Protect your device and verify your records. Service interruptions or deleting the app may affect data availability.

Purchases and subscriptions

Real membership availability is not confirmed. Planned monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; lifetime is a one-time purchase without renewal. Actual available benefits, local prices and purchase terms must be shown by Apple before purchase. No trial or unimplemented benefit is promised here.

Restore, cancel and refunds

Use Restore purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions. Apple handles refund requests under its applicable rules.

Children and changes

If you are not legally able to agree to these terms independently, use the service with appropriate parent or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information in violation of applicable law. Contact us with concerns. We update the date on this page when the policy changes and provide a prominent website or in-app notice for material changes where required.
